Historical documents, the cradle of the English language, and technological frontiers melt in this charismatic, diverse city to bring you the best of the best.

FIE programs for study abroad in London are held at the Foundation House Study Center in the heart of the city’s Kensington district. Leafy trees and photogenic Georgian architecture line the streets of your walk home from nearby cultural institutions like Royal Albert Hall, Chelsea's famed King's Road, and stunning Hyde Park. When you’re not acing your studies, you can attend rugby matches, pose on Abbey road, take to the coast, or host tea parties (Twinings ONLY) with your new mates.

FIE’s staff and faculty, as London specialists, are proud to have been helping universities, colleges, and students realize their potential in this exceptional city for nearly 20 years.

As if you need more reasons to study abroad in London, here are three awesome FIE programs to get you started:

  • Study (semester, quarter, and summer program options)

  • Study & Internship (semester, spring quarter, summer, and academic year options)

With over 40 universities located within the city’s limits, education remains one of the things that London does best. That and meat pies.

With London’s lively streets as your classroom, you can revel in all the familiar landmarks — Buckingham Palace, the Tower Bridge, the London Eye. Why not recite Shakespearean sonnets in the Globe Theater or quote Peter Pan beneath Big Ben? Living in London means daily time travel, as innovative, modern architecture stands proudly beside centuries-old neighbors.

FIE’s study abroad London programs seize the best of both worlds. With an emphasis on co-curricular activities to ensure you contextualize your academic learning, FIE London offers extensive and authentic exposure to the daily lives of Brits. Foundation House serves as not only as your homebase, but also as your launchpad to adventure (but not just any kind of adventure — the juicy kind that leads to boundless inspiration and profound lifelong lessons).
