Prior to working for FIE, Damien worked in Japan as a high school teacher. As well as teaching English, Damien helped to organize his school’s study abroad program and worked closely with the local international association to organise various events. This confirmed his belief in the immense benefits of international education and intercultural exchange.
Damien’s other work experience includes teaching ESOL at further education colleges and working for a government funded adult learning project.
