Did your participation in study abroad change the way you think about your teaching?: "The FIE London adventures totally revolutionized my teaching. I learned to view London as one big campus for my wanderlusting students, incorporating events all over the place.  From the East End to Tower Hill, from Camden Yards to Chelsea we ranged taking in delights at BFI, the Gate Theatre, the Tate Modern, Barbican and more. I have incorporated similar cineTREKs™ as I call these trips into my teaching here in California. London is where I go to intellectually recharge--the pace of the city, the cultural resources, and the people.  The multicultural mix of London taught me to understand the concept of diversity in deeper, more global ways."
