The application information here applies only to students applying directly to FIE programs. Students attending an FIE partner school program should contact their study abroad office or for application instructions and deadlines.
Applicants should have a minimum GPA of 2.75 and gain their advisor’s approval for participation in the program.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
If you withdraw by notifying FIE in writing, the following amounts will be refunded:
- If you withdraw 31 days or more prior to the first day of the program, you will receive 100% of the total program cost minus the cancellation fee of $500.
- If you withdraw 30 days prior to the first day of the program, you will receive 10% of the total program cost minus the cancellation fee of $500.
- If you withdraw after the first day of the program, no refund will be issued.
