The Foundation for International Education prides itself on its commitment to achieving and maintaining the highest possible standards in teaching and housing facilities. These pages outline the various spaces available for third-party rental in London. Since we are constantly seeking to improve our performance, some details may change in response to program and service evaluations.
FIE study and housing facilities are located in the attractive Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, one of London’s most desirable areas. Our facilites are located near Hyde Park Gloucester Road Tube Stop. Maps are available here.

ANUK Accreditation
FIE is pleased to announce the accreditation of its London residential facilities under the Accreditation Network of the United Kingdom’s (ANUK) guidelines. As defined by ANUK, accreditation is based on the “voluntary compliance by private landlords with good standards in the condition and management of their properties and their relationship with their tenants.”
As a student housing provider, FIE’s adherece to ANUK’s guidelines means maintaining good building conditions; thorough health and safety procedures; adequate per-person bedroom, kitchen and bathroom space; and accurate marketing materials.
To obtain accreditation, FIE completed an extensive self assessment in which a variety of our procedures and facilities were explained to and evaluated by the ANUK board. The assessment included sections regarding equal opportunity provision, tenancy, rental terms, marketing, health and safety and post-rental procedures. Following the self assessment, environmental health officers visited the housing facilites to confirm that the information provided in the self assessment was accurate. Random facilities checks are conducted by ANUK every three years.
