Erika Richards has a BA in Political Science from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY and holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University, Cambridge, MA. She has fifteen years’ experience in international education, including all aspects of study abroad management in U.S. universities. She has worked in international education at several large research institutions on the East Coast of the U.S. As a former director of a Study Abroad office, she worked with FIE as a partner for the delivery of the university’s London program. As such, she brings a unique perspective to FIE’s service delivery.
Erika is a long-time member of NAFSA and part of NAFSA’s trainer corps. Erika is also an adjunct faculty member for Lesley University’s graduate Intercultural Relations program and enjoys teaching the next generation of international educators.
