Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: London, England
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 gross, per annum
Start Date: Tuesday 8th January
Please note that this role requires flexibility, including evening work (e.g. 1:30 – 9:30 pm) during Spring and Fall semesters, as well as changeable hours throughout the year.
Job Summary: The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and developing FIE’s Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle), as well as advising on e-learning strategy and development. They will maintain and develop all aspects of FIE’s feedback system, and assist with maintaining our information management platforms. The Administrative Coordinator will also perform front office duties, including classroom assistance in the evenings during the semester, and lead on or support the organisation of events on FIE’s Kensington Campus.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of working with Virtual Learning Environments
- Experience using Survey Monkey or other web-based survey solution platform
- Experience of working in a busy office environment with students and/or in customer-service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrable efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven time management, administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and to meet set deadlines
