Applicants should gain their advisor’s approval for participation in the program.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
- If a student withdraws 31 days or more prior to the first day of the program, the student will receive 100% of the total program cost minus the cancellation fee of $500.
- If a student withdraws 30 days prior to the first day of the program, the student will receive 10% of the total program cost minus the cancellation fee of $500.
- If a student withdraws after the first day of the program, no refund will be issued.
Special Spring 2012 Withdrawal and Refund Policy
The following policy applies only to those students undertaking internships, service learning or volunteer work as a part of their Spring 2012 term; i.e., those students seeking a CAS (Certificate of Acceptance for Studies) to obtain Pre-Entry Clearance through the U.K. Border Agency.
- If a student withdraws 31 days or more prior to the first day of the program, the student will receive 100% of the total program cost minus a cancellation fee of $1,000.
- If a student withdraws 30 days prior to the first day of the program, the student will receive 10% of the total program cost minus a cancellation fee of $1,000.
- If the student withdraws after the first day of the program, no refund will be issued.
