Orientation in Dublin
Upon arrival, over the course of two days, you will participate in a variety of orientation activities designed to acclimate you to your new surroundings and prepare you for your academic studies. A team member from FIE London will be there to welcome you as well as FIE’s Dublin Resident Director. These sessions are crucial in helping you adjust to a different academic culture and learning about life in Dublin.
During the orientation, the Resident Director will cover the following topics:
- Foundation course class times and location
- Elective course selection and registration
- Cell phones
- DBS rules & regulations
- Safety tips
This discussion is followed by a walking tour of the DBS facilities and central Dublin.
