2027 Student Global Leadership Conference Registration for Delegates

This registration form is for all delegates attending the conference IN-PERSON. If you are sponsored, registering in a group, or attending the conference online please use a different registration form.  

FIE is committed to diversity and inclusivity. Please specify in the registration form if you have any accessibility requirements in order to access the conference. 

All catered sessions will include vegan-friendly options. Please specify any supplementary dietary requirements in the registration form.

About the conference: 

• This in-person event takes place at the Royal Geographical Society in London, UK 
• Delegates are responsible for their own travel costs (airfare, visas, etc) and accommodation to / in London for the in-person event.
• Some meals and refreshments are provided during the in-person event over the two-day conference (evening canape reception, lunch, coffee/tea breaks).
• Engaging keynotes and presentations, featuring interactive topics and unique stories 
• Presentations will be available online after the conference.

All delegates are required to read and familiarize themselves with the FIE Code of Conduct prior to attending the conference. The Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behavior expected of all participants and helps us ensure that the Student Global Leadership Conference is a welcoming, respectful and inclusive environment for everyone. By registering for the conference, you acknowledge your responsibility to comply with the FIE Code of Conduct throughout the event. 

We cannot offer refunds for cancellations however we will accept a replacement person to attend the conference upon notification.

This event will be professionally photographed and recorded by FIE: Foundation for International Education. Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event in which attendees may be identifiable. Images and recordings may be used by FIE for promotional, marketing and communications purposes, including on FIE’s website, social media channels and other promotional materials. A selection of photographs from the event may also be made available to registered delegates through a shared online photo library for their personal use. The photographs and recordings will be handled in accordance with FIE’s applicable privacy notice and data protection obligations. Please note that the images remain the property of FIE: Foundation for International Education. Copyright in photographs and recordings commissioned or produced by FIE will be owned by FIE or the relevant photographer/videographer, as applicable.

If you do not wish to be photographed or video recorded, please select the relevant box when registering for the event. Upon registration, please collect a red lanyard from the check-in desk. Attendees wearing a red lanyard will not be intentionally photographed or recorded. Please note, however, that FIE cannot guarantee that an individual will not appear incidentally in photographs or recordings of the event.
