1 Students participating in a program from a partner institution may receive either a transcript from their university, or a transcript from FIE’s School-of-Record. Students enrolling independently receive a transcript from FIE's School of Record.
2 Students participating in a program from a partner institution may be covered by their school’s insurance policy, or FIE’s, dependent on the institution. Students enrolling independently will be covered by FIE’s insurance policy. Exclusions apply. For more information please click here.
3 Study tours are not included in Dublin Summer Internship programs
4 Students may opt to stay in a hotel for the Amman Peace & Conflict Resolution portion of the program for an additional fee, contact us for current costs. Meals other than breakfast are not included if a hotel is selected.

- Textbooks, lab fees, and academic materials (please check the course outline on the London Courses webpage to see if your course has a lab fee)
5 Students studying with Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin may wish to consider booking a flexible flight that would allow adjustment of their return date in the event of exams completing before the end of term.
6 Students studying on a program in Spain that is longer than 90 days must purchase a separate insurance policy that meets Spanish student visa and immigration requirements.
Withdrawal & REFUND POLICY
To withdraw from your program, you must notify FIE in writing. Refunds will be issued as follows:
- If you withdraw 31 days or more prior to the first day of the program, you will receive 100% of the program fee minus a cancellation fee of $500.
- If you withdraw 30 days or less prior to the first day of the program, you will receive 10% of the total program fee minus a cancellation fee of $500.
- If you withdraw on or after the first day of the program, no refund will be issued.
Please note that your home school withdrawal / cancellation policy terms and fees may differ from FIE’s withdrawal / cancellation policy. To confirm, please speak with your home institution.
ADMISSIONS APPEALS, COMPLAINTS, AND FEEDBACK

Applicants may appeal admission denial by submitting in writing a signed letter of appeal within two weeks of receiving their admissions decision. The letter can be scanned and emailed to:

A letter of appeal submitted by a person other than the applicant will not be considered. Applicants must present new and compelling information that was not contained in the original application. The outcome of the appeal will be provided to the applicant within two weeks of receipt of the appeal.
