SEVILLE & RABAT

• Airport transfers (within arrival window) upon arrival 
• Housing in Seville (student residences with modern amenities) and in Rabat (homestay)
• Some breakfasts and other meals included in Seville. Most meals included in Rabat, in the homestay or with a stipend.
• One-way transportation from Seville to Rabat (luggage limitations apply)
• Hotel accommodation in Rabat for the first night
• Local cell phones and SIM cards in Morocco (usages charges not included) 

AMMAN

•  Collection and transfer from and to Dublin and Jordan airports
• Round trip flight from Ireland to Amman
• Study tour in Ireland & Northern Ireland 
• Housing in Dublin (self-catered student residences) and Amman (homestay) ⁴
• Hotel accommodation in Amman for the first night
• Most meals in Jordan
• Small stipend for local travel costs in Amman
• Hotel accommodation upon arriving back to Ireland at the scheduled end of the program ⁵

¹ Students participating in a program from a partner institution may receive either a transcript from their university, or a transcript from FIE’s School-of-Record. Students enrolling independently receive a transcript from FIE's School of Record. 

² Students participating in a program from a partner institution may be covered by their school’s insurance policy, or FIE’s, dependent on the institution. Students enrolling independently will be covered by FIE’s insurance policy. Exclusions apply. For more information please click here.

⁵ At the end of the program students are free to travel either back to their home country or to other locations. After the day indicated as the day students depart, students are responsible for all of their own transportation, housing, insurance, visa, and other logistical arrangements. Students should note that after the departure day noted on the academic calendar, their program-provided insurance coverage will end and they must arrange for accommodations outside of the shared apartments, hotel or host families provided through the program.

• Textbooks, lab fees, and academic materials (please check the course outline on the London Courses webpage to see if your course has a lab fee)

⁵ Students studying with Trinity College Dublin and University College Dublin may wish to consider booking a flexible flight that would allow adjustment of their return date in the event of exams completing before the end of term. 

⁶ Students studying on a program in Spain that is longer than 90 days must purchase a separate insurance policy that meets Spanish student visa and immigration requirements.

Withdrawal & REFUND POLICY

To withdraw from your program, you must notify FIE in writing. Refunds will be issued as follows:

• If you withdraw 31 days or more prior to the first day of the program, you will receive 100% of the program fee minus a cancellation fee of $500.
• If you withdraw 30 days or less prior to the first day of the program, you will receive 10% of the total program fee minus a cancellation fee of $500.
• If you withdraw on or after the first day of the program, no refund will be issued.

Visa Requirements

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the appropriate visa or immigration status required to participate in an FIE programme. FIE provides general guidance on visa requirements but does not guarantee visa approval or accept responsibility for visa refusals, delays, changes in requirements, or other immigration decisions. As visas are issued by the destination country's immigration authorities, we are unable to intervene in or control the application process or outcome.
• If you are unable to participate in or continue the programme due to a visa or immigration-related issue, the standard FIE withdrawal and refund policy will apply. Any refund will therefore be determined in accordance with the standard withdrawal deadlines and terms.

Please note that your home school withdrawal / cancellation policy terms and fees may differ from FIE’s withdrawal / cancellation policy. To confirm, please speak with your home institution.

 ADMISSIONS APPEALS, COMPLAINTS, AND FEEDBACK

• Applicants may appeal admission denial by submitting in writing a signed letter of appeal within two weeks of receiving their admissions decision.  The letter can be scanned and emailed to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

• A letter of appeal submitted by a person other than the applicant will not be considered. Applicants must present new and compelling information that was not contained in the original application. The outcome of the appeal will be provided to the applicant within two weeks of receipt of the appeal. 

• Applicants wishing to submit a complaint regarding the process itself or their treatment in the process or gain further feedback on a denial, should do so through emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., which is monitored by a member of FIE’s Senior Leadership.  Applicants should fully detail the issue and provide any supporting documentation. The applicant will receive a response within 5 working days. Emails written by a person other than the applicant will not be considered.
