• Official UCD/TCD Transcript for UCD/TCD courses or official DBS Grade Report for DBS programs

• Official DBS Grade Report for Irish Life and Cultures course
• Fall and Spring students receive two weekend study tours. One to the North and one to the West of Ireland ³
• Summer Studies program students receive two weekend study tours. One to the North and one to the South of Ireland ³ 
• If selected as part of your program: internship placement and support, and Dublin travel pass for internship commute outside of city centre

MADRID & BARCELONA

• Airport meet and greet service on official program start date
• UAB/UCAM Tuition with a range of English and Spanish taught courses
• Official UAB/UCAM Transcript for UAB/UCAM courses  
• Access to host university services
• Self-catered student housing or homestay accommodation with a Spanish family  
• Immersion activities providing access to conversation sessions with Spanish students
• If selected as part of your program in Madrid: internship placement (in Spanish) and support

 
AMMAN

• FIE and Amideast Tuition
• Round trip flight from Ireland to Amman
• Study tour in Ireland & Northern Ireland 
• Housing in Dublin (self-catered student residences) and Amman (homestay) ⁴
• Small travel stipend for local travel

¹ Students participating in a program from a partner institution may receive either a transcript from their university, or a transcript from FIE’s School-of-Record. Students enrolling independently receive a transcript from FIE's School of Record.

² Students participating in a program from a partner institution may be covered by their school’s insurance policy, or FIE’s, dependent on the institution. Students enrolling independently will be covered by FIE’s insurance policy.

⁴ Students may opt to stay in a hotel for the Amman Peace & Conflict Resolution portion of the program for an additional fee, contact us for current costs. Meals other than breakfast are not included if a hotel is selected.

• Passport and visa fees
• Meals
• Optional field excursions
• Personal expenses
• Independent travel and expenses
• Textbooks, lab fees, and academic materials (please check the course outline on the London Courses webpage to see if your course has a lab fee)

WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY

To withdraw from your program, you must notify FIE in writing. Refunds will be issued as follows:

• If you withdraw 31 days or more prior to the first day of the program, you will receive 100% of the program fee minus a cancellation fee of $500.
• If you withdraw 30 days or less prior to the first day of the program, you will receive 10% of the total program fee minus a cancellation fee of $500.
• If you withdraw on or after the first day of the program, no refund will be issued.

Please note that your home school withdrawal / cancellation policy terms and fees may differ from FIE’s withdrawal / cancellation policy. To confirm, please speak with your home institution.

 ADMISSIONS APPEALS, COMPLAINTS, AND FEEDBACK

• Applicants may appeal admission denial by submitting in writing a signed letter of appeal within two weeks of receiving their admissions decision.  The letter can be scanned and emailed to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

• A letter of appeal submitted by a person other than the applicant will not be considered. Applicants must present new and compelling information that was not contained in the original application. The outcome of the appeal will be provided to the applicant within two weeks of receipt of the appeal. 

• Applicants wishing to submit a complaint regarding the process itself or their treatment in the process or gain further feedback on a denial should do so through emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., which is monitored by a member of FIE’s Senior Leadership Team.  Applicants should fully detail the issue and provide any supporting documentation. The applicant will receive a response within 5 working days. Emails written by a person other than the applicant will not be considered.
