Claris

Rebecca Claris grew up in Seattle and has travelled to over 20 countries, including a 90-day journey circumnavigating the globe. During her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College, she studied, interned and volunteered in Spain, Belize, Costa Rica, Panama and Ecuador. After graduating in Spanish and Biology she returned to Ecuador and spent four years teaching English and science.

Rebecca has a Master of Education from Bridgewater State University and a special interest in collaborative learning technology. As manager of the Experiential Education Team, Rebecca enjoys engaging with students and organizations on internship and service internship placements. She is also faculty in work-based learning and teaches the International Internship Course. Outside the office Rebecca is a competitive synchronized swimmer.
