Today’s global environment demands the kind of leadership skills that adapt to fast-changing environments and the innovative thinking that leads to solutions for some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

Global Leadership Defined 

As technology continues to shrink the distance between people, many have struggled to adapt traditional leadership models in today’s multicultural global environment. This presentation seeks to help participants explore some of the established views of global leadership and hopefully begin creating their own definition(s). An online survey will be available to conference participants prior to the session to identify global leadership perspectives.
