LundulaDr. Michel Lundula - Troy University

Michel holds a BS from Africa University, a Master of Divinity, and a Doctor of Ministry from Garrett–Evangelical Theological Seminary. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Global Leadership at Troy University. Born and raised in Congo-Kinshasa, Michel serves as the Pastor of the United Methodist Church of Le Mars in Iowa, adjunct faculty at Morningside University, and Sioux Falls Seminary.

Leading by Example: Millennials and Generation Z on the Cultural Change in the Globalized Society.

As the world continues to become globalized, millennials and Generation Z have demonstrated the ability to cross cultural boundaries, beliefs, and inherited traditions for effective and transformative leadership in the multicultural world. This presentation considers the attitude of the South African born-free generation as an example of leading change, by their social acceptance and inclusion, to bring cultural transformation to the multicultural society.
