Victoria Powell is Associate Lecturer in Cultural Studies at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design. She is currently completing her PhD at Birkbeck, University of London. Her research investigates the lives of men involved professionally in the arts in mid-Victorian London. Victoria has an MA in History of Design from the Royal College of Art and a BA in History of Art from the University of Cambridge.
