Graham's career has blended academic interests with a range of management roles, including business consultancy, running a national charity, and NHS management. He has taught at the University of Oxford (politics), and the University of Reading (public law) and started with FIE in 2016. Graham's Doctorate, completed at Oxford University, considered public policy responses to lifestyle illness, within the framework of contemporary liberal theories of justice. He has recently published work on assisted dying (examining the positions of disability rights organizations) and on the future of general practice (questioning our understanding of current demand/need). Graham enjoys watching, playing, and coaching sports, and will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in August 2023.
