About

Graham's career has blended academic interests with a range of management roles, including business consultancy, running a national charity, and NHS management.  He has taught at the University of Oxford (politics), and the University of Reading (public law) and started with FIE in 2016.  Graham's Doctorate, completed at Oxford University, considered public policy responses to lifestyle illness, within the framework of contemporary liberal theories of justice.  He has recently published work on assisted dying in the Journal of Medical Ethics and in Health Policy (examining the positions of disability rights organizations and analysing recent Westminster Parliamentary debates).   Graham enjoys watching, playing, and coaching sports and is a member of the England Korfball Senior Coaching team.  He climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in August 2023 and will be trekking to K2 base camp in July 2024.
