Jana is originally from the Czech Republic, where she completed a BSc in Public Economics and Public Law. She began her career in the financial and public sectors, contributing her expertise to an insurance banking company and the Czech Social Security Administration, a government institution. Seeking new life experiences and the opportunity to immerse herself in a different culture, she moved to the UK to study and work. She completed an MSc in Leadership and Management here in the UK at the University of Portsmouth and has worked in higher education for over seven years. Jana is passionate about inspiring and motivating others to reach their goals, always striving to create positive impact. She enjoys long walks, cycling in nature, art, and self-development.
