He supports security, manages contractors and parcels, and assists students and staff with day-to-day needs, always aiming to create a safe and welcoming environment. With a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, and security, Mahdi is approachable, reliable, and focused on practical solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys keeping up with football and catching a good match whenever he can.
