Study with FIE and Receive a $1,000 Flight Grant
FIE is offering a limited number of $1,000 Flight Grants for eligible students joining the following programs:
- FIE @ Dublin Business School spring semester 2027
- FIE @ University College Dublin spring semester 2027
- FIE @ Trinity College Dublin spring semester 2027

Students who apply for the Flight Grant by 1 October 2026 and successfully enrol and begin studies on a Flight Grant eligible FIE program will receive a reimbursement of up to $1,000 USD to help offset the cost of airfare travel.

How it Works
Step 1 - Submit Your Flight Grant Application. Apply for an eligible Flight Grant by the 1st October 2026. Flight Grants are limited, so students are encouraged to apply early. Successful applicants will be notified by mid October.
Step 2 - Complete Your Enrolment. Receive approval from your home institution (if applicable), complete your application process, and confirm participation in the program.
Step 3 - Start your study abroad experience! Travel to your host city and begin your eligible program.
Step 4 - Submit Reimbursement Documentation. After arrival, students will be asked to submit:
- Proof of airfare purchase and supporting documentation
- Banking details for reimbursement processing

Terms & Conditions
- The FIE Flight Grant is available only to students enrolled in eligible FIE programs. Programs not listed are ineligible for Flight Grant applications.
- Students must submit a completed application for a Flight Grant by 11.59pm GMT on the 1st of October 2026.
- Students must successfully apply for, be admitted to, enrol in and commence studies on one of the Flight Grant eligible programs.
- Flight Grant availability is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Eligible students may receive reimbursement of up to $1,000 USD for approved flight travel costs.
- Reimbursement amounts will not exceed actual documented expenses incurred.
- Students must provide valid proof of airfare purchase and any additional supporting documentation requested by FIE.
- Reimbursements will be processed only after students have paid in full for their place on the study abroad experience, have arrived in Dublin and officially begun their program.
- Reimbursements will be issued via electronic bank transfer in USD.
- Students who withdraw, defer, fail to commence their program, or otherwise become ineligible will not qualify for reimbursement.
- The Flight Grant is non-transferable and has no cash value beyond approved reimbursement expenses.
- FIE reserves the right to verify eligibility, request additional documentation, modify the program, or discontinue the offer at any time.
- Any taxes, banking fees, exchange rate differences, or additional costs associated with reimbursement payments remain the responsibility of the student.
- Students may apply for only one Flight Grant at a time, multiple applications will not be accepted.
- By participating in the program, students agree to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable FIE program policies.
