Catherine is originally from Chicago, Illinois and holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from John Carroll University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. During her undergraduate career, she studied abroad in Maynooth, Ireland, for a semester as well as completed a summer internship with the World food Programme in Rome, Italy. These international experiences encouraged her to immigrate to the UK when the opportunity arose a few years later.
Catherine has been working in education for 5 years and is passionate about experiential learning and dedicated to helping students engage in hands-on experiences that encourage a deeper understanding of diverse cultures and international perspectives.
