Originally from Zimbabwe, Paidamoyo holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy at Cornell University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from Monash University (South Africa). Having studied across three continents, her international education experiences sparked a strong interest in experiential learning and cross-cultural exchange. Professionally, Paidamoyo has supported students and academic programmes across a range of international and policy-focused organisations. She previously served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, where she supported postgraduate students across multiple courses. She has also worked with organisations including Landesa and the Walisha Foundation, coordinating programmes, supporting research, and liaising with diverse stakeholders. Outside the office, Paidamoyo enjoys travelling, reading African literature, and continuing to develop her Pan-African perspectives and interests.
