Claire holds a Bachelor’s degree in Adolescence to Young Adult Education with a double major in English and Integrated Language Arts Education from the University of Dayton. During her undergrad, Claire spent a summer abroad in Dublin and enjoyed it so much she returned years later to obtain a Master’s degree in Modern and Contemporary Literary Studies from Trinity College Dublin. Claire taught high school English for five years in Ohio and served on several advisory committees which championed and supported efforts like the performing arts, mental health, and community building within the student body.
In her free time, Claire likes to read, explore new places, and play various musical instruments. She is thrilled to be a part of the FIE team and looks forward to sharing her love for Dublin with incoming international students.
