FIE: Foundation for International Education is an international educational organisation working in partnership with universities and colleges in the US to provide immersive study abroad programs for undergraduate students in London, Dublin, Madrid, Barcelona and Amman.

Job Title:                       Academic & Experiential Education Administrator (AEEA)
Location:                      On-site (in person) role, South Kensington, London
Salary:                          £28,000 gross per annum, pro-rata

Job Summary: Ideal for collaborative, detail-orientated individuals with a high level of accuracy and a strong customer-service orientation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start or continue a career in international education by supporting the administrative lifecycle of FIE’s academic and internship operations. From processing internship-related visa compliance and to maintaining course syllabi and virtual resources, the position serves as a primary point of contact for students, internship employers, and faculty. The role is central to maintaining high academic standards and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our study abroad programs. The position reports to the Experiential Education Manager and works closely with all staff in the Academic and Experiential Education Department.

Qualifications/Experience
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Administrative experience in education environments
• Experience with US or UK higher education environments, preferably within study abroad.
• Experience with quality assurance procedures
